Look more closely. This does have a flat-top Picatinny upper receiver.

You guys need to get one of these.
If paired with ACOG 4x32 TA31RCOA4CP, you will never regret this setup.

Also, being a flat top upper, just make sure it has the F-marked FSB.
Although new production Colts, it's not F-marked already as all carbines have flat top already.
Just to be sure, need to measure the unmarked FSB.
