Colt barrel twist?

Hope you guys can help me?
I have a Colt barrel marked 'C MP 5.56 04880' for sale and I need to know the twist. From everyhting I've read it should be a 1/7.

An easy way to verify your barrels true twist rate is as follows:
Get a barrel cleaning rod and put on patch on it.
Mark a starting point on the rod and as you pull the rod through note when it makes a full 360* circle as it follows the rifling.
Take a measurement from the first mark.

The twist will be 1:x where x is the length you pulled to make a full revolution of the cleaning rod.

My Colt 14.5 inch barrel is stamped C MP 5.56 and is 1/7. I don't have the 04880 marking as far as I can tell.
