Colt cmc marine pistol 45 acp

Since I first picked up the showcase issue of Guns and Ammo I have wanted one of these... Too rich for my blood though!

Looks like we have two coming now :)
However, I've had two "I'll take it's" so assumnming they both go through we are sold out (for now at least)
BTW, had an email from a well informed CGNer saying they are going to still make but with a different name on them....

(edit: I only ask because they seem so similar. Perhaps if someone couldn’t have one, they’d like the other.)

Anyway, as for the markings, my understanding is USMC issue CMC's have "COLT GOVERNMENT MODEL" roll marked below the ejection port, and "COLT ☆☆☆ USMC" roll marked on the other side.

I take it that it's the proprietary "USMC" that is being removed? And somewhere/somehow "Colt M1070CQBP-M45A1 Close Quarter Battle Pistol" is being added.

Does anyone know what is going to be stamped where?
