Colt DA ? on taking apart Cylinder assembly

Can anyone tell me how to remove the cylinder OFF the crane once extractor star and knob as been removed ?

I have tried, but extractor rod and cylinder will NOT come OFF the crane shaft.

What am I doing wrong ? or NOT doing?
