Colt M4 vs Tactical Carbine

to my understanding Tactical Carbine means short rifles that is already for bolting on stuff, where as Colt M4 is a model of rifles that Colt makes, it come in various styles some long, some short, even some in "Tactical Carbine" form.

Yes sorry thats what I meant..they look the same to me...

One is a 16" HBAR (solid barrel)/different rollmarks (Tactical carbine)
One is a 16" HBAR with step-cut for mounting M203/different rollmarks ("M4" type AR)

Price...roughly the same (around $2,500) maybe the M4 is $400-$600 more...maybe
