Colt Officers Model 22LR - Milsurp?

I just bought a Colt Officers Model in 22LR dated 1938 that had on the right side of the barrel the following stamping:

TILLHÖR SVERIGES MIL. IDE. FÖRB. 5

Anyone got any idea about this??

"...TILLHÖR SVERIGES MIL. IDE. FÖRB. 5..." TILLHÖR means Belonging. SVERIGES means Swedish. Could be milsurp or not. I'd guess that it is milsurp.
A net search for that gives a whole bunch of pages in Swedish, but nothing specific

Well I found out this beauty was one of the guns belonging to the Sveriges Militära Idrottsförbund or Swedish Military Athletics Association.
