Colt's NEW AR-15A4 20" HBAR flattop rifle....anybody seen these for sale? Thoughts?

I've always loved the American M16, even as a kid growing up. As soon as I got my PAL at age 19 I bought a NIB Bushmaster AR-15A3 16" HBAR Carbine, my very own M4 Carbine....which I love, and still own today lol....but I've always wanted a full-size AR-15....a 20" HBAR, a mint A2 or a flattop.

I've seen Colt's new AR-15A4 20" HBAR flattop. It's absolutely gorgeous. Has an A2 flash suppressor and bayonet lug, flattop receiver, and did I mention, it's absolutely gorgeous lol.

Has anyone seen one for sale, New, at a gunstore ? ....IRUNGUNS importer might have one?

I'm guessing they would fetch around $2,400.00 NIB all in. I'd put a National Match front sight post, a hydraulic recoil buffer to reduce bolt bounce, and a RRA 2-stage Match trigger for super accurate long range shots....that nice 20" HBAR with 1/7 twist.....Federal GMM 69/77 gr. BTHP would be a force to be recon with lol. That would be my dream full-size AR :)


Anybody seen Colts new AR15A4 20" HBAR ???

They are a very nice rifle. Also FN who manufacture M16A4 for the US armed forces are making a full size rifle as well. I read somewhere that IRUNGUNS had a few in stock?
 
The Colt AR15A4 is not heavy barrel. It's a government profile barrel which makes it better in my opinion (like an m16). Wanted an M16a4 clone for a while now. I should get mine in a couple of weeks...from irunguns...around 1400 all said and done...they have gone up in price lately (weak CDN dollar) but still less than 1600.

They run out all the time...demand is high. I saw abou 20 sell in half a day on irunguns us site.

I have no doubt it is a fine rifle.
However, I never "got" the government profile barrel. Aside from being named for a dirty entity (I'm only half-joking, lol), it seems to me that it is thin where it should be thick, and thin where it should be thick, as far as resistance to bending goes. Probably doesn't make a huge difference, but worth pointing out.
