Anybody know if Combatmasters got their approval to make .44 Mag, and, if so, if it's available now? Their website says "Summer 2008" but no updates or anything. I tried emailing but got no response. If anybody knows, any info would be great.

Thanks.

I can't answer your question but try faxing them. Phone and email got me nowhere. Have you tried asking one of their retail dealers?

I tried emailing and phoning too... That kurt must be one busy dude.

He even went as far as telling me they are building my order, then nothing. Haven't heard from him since before Christmas. This is after giving him my CC number...... no charges yet.

I had the same thing happen to me back in the summer. After a month or so... I went elsewhere with my business.

No 44 at this time. no 357 at this time. just not enough of a market for it in most cases. between filling police orders, store orders and dealers orders, Kurt just runs out of time. the best way to get hold of Kurt is email at mail@canadianbdx.com. alternatively contact WC ammo Sales (listed on his website) and see if he can get you what you want.

We ordered 10,000 rounds of 9mm last summer and we got it in a bit over a week. Great customer service to. I know the shop is busy. Its great stuff. Keep trying.

We've done a few club buys from him of this quantity or more. Last time it was a mixture of calibers, and start to finish we were 3-4 months from order to delivery.

Unless you want a few thousand rounds or more, and even then, be prepared to wait 2-3 months minimum, but if you stay in his queue, it will be delivered.

For smaller quantities I would/and have dealt with Wolf ammo out of Kingston. Usually ships 1-3 days.
