Taking ideas of what to replace my VZ58 with this summer. Feel free to share your experiences! Im open to .308,7.62, .223 and 9mm or .45 ACP. Will consider restricted, but would prefer NR with a longer barrel.

Really want accuracy and distance and a reasonable cost.

Honestly, having owned just about every NR black rifle at one point or another, the ACR is the one that seems to be at the top of my list. Accuracy, ergonomics, and flexibility of the platform are what cause me to gravitate to that conclusion.

For .308 a DMR build out of a Modern Hunter or an M14 platform makes for a nice rifle too.
