Even though it's may be badged Armscor/RIA (Rock Island Armory) according to this video it's manufactured in Turkey by Derya so the same gun. See around the 1:55 mark.

I'm not sure if the newer version is actually a replacement or just an additional model as both seem to be available. The original has a half length handguard, fixed stock and most seem to be black. The newer version has a full length handguard, 4 position adjustable stock and is available in several colours (black, white, FDE, blue, red and ODG).
