Commercial Pellet Trap?

We've been using the Gehmann Pistol (the large on on the picture) and the rifle 5 bull (center on) for the last few years (or it is decades?) Got them from Jocelin @ cible target Canada
- I like how the target slide right in... Shooting non-pal rated airgun @ 10M, I don't think we'll ever wear them out.

Thanks! How well do they reduce ricochet?

Never really had a ricochet, every so often it seems like one will make it's way between the top of the box and the target... and will fall on the floor below said trap.
- The back-plate (or whatever it's called) is spring loaded, so it will absorb most of the energy.
- To empty, just open the top and dump the content into your to-be-melted-lead-pot.

I also like mine a lot. I never had a ricochet. I buy the targets from the same suplier and they are good quality targets that make like simple. You simply slide it on the target from the top. In the past I had bought a funel shaped target trap (I think from Crosman) and it was not as convenient to use. You pay a little bit more for the quality of the Gehmann, but you get quality.
