How long will it take to complete my order?
We build to order and do not stock any of our products. Our current production time is updated daily and is in BUSINESS days. That means your order will ship within that number of working days from the day you order it. We try to maintain a maximum of 8 days but strive to keep our production at 5 days or less. If you need your gear quicker, check with one of our dealers .

How will my order be shipped? Can I get a tracking number?
We ship via USPS with the option of First Class, Priority, or Express delivery. Our experience with USPS has been that they are the least expensive and most reliable method of shipment. In addition, they let us ship to PO boxes and APO addresses, helping us support the troops. The option of receiving a tracking number or signature confirmation has been added to the checkout page. If you require an alternate method of shipment, please contact customer service at 281-209-3040.

We can ship most orders internationally using Express Mail International.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders in the “Pending” status can be cancelled or changed at any time. Orders in the status of “In Production” will be charged a $20.00 change or cancellation fee to cover material and handling expenses. Please ensure your order is correct before you submit your order and contact us immediately if there are any changes.

I just placed an order and they sent an email confirming they started to make it the next day. What are you getting? I ordered a Minotaur.
 
I didn't have to pay any duty. they are great you won't be disappointed it's high quality kit. i ordered one around halloween and they even threw some of those horrible sugra canides int eh bag. It was the thought there that i liked. there was also a handwrittedn card thanking me for my order. They have great customer service too.


hmm i should get paid for that post lol.

Thanks for sharing! Thinking about get one for my M&P 9 PRO for long time but couldn't find anything in Canada.
 
I'm very happy with the two I ordered for my Kimber 1911. Great holsters, very adjustable. As mentioned, I ordered direct and had 'em in 17 days I think?

if they don't list your particular model you can e-mail them and ask. i wanted to get a beltfeed one for my 24/7 mags and they told me to get one for a beretta or something like that at they fit perfectly.
 
They're available from Gunners Alley as well. I've bought from them before, and was pleased with the service and delivery time. They're not in Canada though, NC.
