Companies for milling slide

Black box is the go-to, however if your pistol is an oddball or something they don't have a program/fixture for, your cost and turnaround time will be significantly higher than milling a Glock slide.

+1 Blackbox. They are a premium outfit that can help you out. I believe Tac Ord does as well.

There’s a new type of optic cut for Glock pistols called the Agency Optics System that may be worth looking into. Keeps the options for red dots limitless.

Joseph Wu in Richmond BC, does milling that BBC doesn't touch. He had an Infinity slide being milled when I sent him my shadow, so people trust him.

Plus BBC has this force finishing policy that I don't agree on it. They're worried about if you sell the gun and people opinion. I shoot, I don't make IG content.

I even have a plate with the rear sight on it. But have a couple plates for different optics.

Nice. is that a custom base or Vortex? looks like it is dovetailed in instead of just sitting on top?
No dovetail, it's machined like the CZ S2 OR. Which has a interlocking tab. Like a cross.

The vortex plate is custom by Joseph. The one on my Riton is one I picked up from NS. Because the Shadow ejector pin is slightly different than the s2. You need to drill a new pin hole in the plate and because we had issues with the m3 screws shearing, it's been upgraded to 6-40s. So any new plate has to be drilled out and counter sunk.

So I got plates for RMR and Vortex foot print..

That's why I've never dealt with them, the forced finishing. Maybe they have changed since you can't sell a handgun anymore.
