well, my 243 remains with the factory tube in the factory chamber, and I doubt I'll bother rebarreling it or rechambering it any time soon
I did buy a CZ 527 American in 221 Fireball, a Rem 700 Ti in 260 Remington, and just ordered a Rem 700 LSS Ltd chambered in 280 Remington.
I'm too embarassed to list the ones that have passed through, and would likely miss a couple. I rebarreled a model 70 fwt with a Gaillard in 25-06 that sits in a McMillan stock, got a McMillan Supergrade Edge for my stainless 70 in 7 mag and just picked up a 270 in 700 CDL.
What stayed? A 1940 M64 24" 30-30, a 1960 Marlin 39A - Mountie and a Vanguard stainless 257 Wby.
Oh yeah, also bought a Leica CRF 1200 rangefinder. Awesome. It also cost about as much as a rifle, only fair I list it!

I bought a nice used Marlin 39a, and am waiting for an over/under 410 to go along with my 12ga pump. Bought a sweet spotting scope from London Drugs -they are selling Pentax. $360 for a 50x variable spotter with optics as good as a Leupie for $800-I can read the print on a small target at 300yds. Works for me. Oh and a sweet barely used (carried not shot) Savage 99c in 308 too. I didnt think I was going to buy anything either....

I bought a Winchester Model 70 in 338 and a Ruger 10/22. I'm very pleased with the Winnie, the trigger on the Ruger needs work.

And likely not use it?
or a few older used rifles, some L-61,rs 3 bolt lugs, or a pre 64 win ? in something, or a sharps?
Thats about all, but I am sure i will see something i want down the road.
And for me thats what it comes down to the rigth place at the rigth time.

I wasn't planning on buying anything, but ended up with a Remington Custom Shop .375 H&H, a Mark V Weatherby in .257, a Remington 870 in 20 gauge, a Savage muzzleloader (that hasn't shown up yet) amoung other things. There are also 4 VX111s and a Zeiss Diavari that showed up somehow. All round a very average year. I'm not planning to buy anything next year either.
