competition bushing neck sizing dies 6.5-284 norma,help please.

Hey guys first time ever using these dies,Redding comp.bushing neck dies and comp seater.Comp seater is ok but bushing die??No instructions...
they are used but as new with a body only die also.
caliber is 6.5-284 Norma.
Now my question is this,once fired brass neck is .298"
New loaded brass with 142 smk loaded is .294"
Dies have a gold bushing that says .294
Is this the right one or should I get a different one.
Chamber is a no neck turn and oal for 142 SMKs is 3.125"
Do I lube the neck with this?

Rifle is a custom barreled Thompson prohunter 26" break action single shot.

I would probably look at getting a .292 bushing to put some neck tension on but it depends on the type of action you are using and each barrel like a little different tension but .002 is a good start

Nice thing about your dies NO LUBE on Neck die but needed on body die, little Imperial sizing wax works best
