Complaint with Wanstalls

They have always been great guys to deal with. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, yadda yadda.
How thorough is their website though?
I was half-seriously looking at getting a Mossberg 590A1 20-inch with the GR sights. I don't see it on their website which is good news for my wallet because I know they'd have a good price and I'd have a new shotgun.

Even in my limited experience with them I've discovered it's not comprehensive at all. They have a lot more inventory than their web site lets on, always worth a call.
 
I have a major problem with Wanstalls. It is virtually impossible to go in there without buying something. I have only been to the store 4 times yet I have bought 3 guns and spent over $4,000. The one time I didn't buy something was when I went there intending to but decided not to after handling the rifle and deciding it wasn't really for me. Most recently, I went there just to take a look at a rifle similar to the one I want (according to the website they sold out of the one I want), but when I get there, they had the exact one I wanted. After feeling it up for a few minutes and then trying to distract myself from buying it, I ended up making the deal. Grr. Wanstalls, you will be the death of me.

Just sign all your pay cheques over to them problem solved...
 
Wanstalls is my favorite dealer, I got from them 2 Rossi Puma M92 357 and 44 mag, the customer service is excellent and shipping is so fast!
 
A great dealer to be sure. Purchased my first pistol from them (Glock 17) and had a great experience. I always check with them first....and yes, always call.

I will always be broke with this hobby.
 
On one of my online orders they sent me the wrong pistol mag, and after I emailed them, they had the corret one in the mail that day with return postage for the wrong one to send back. No problems, no aguments, they just made it right no questions asked. Got to love that!

I bought a TI25 mag (actually several), and I screwed up the spring while mucking about with it. I emailed to see if I could buy a replacement spring. Daniel emails me back, and 2 or 3 days later there's a new spring delivered to my office, no charge.
Definitely makes me a return customer...

I just received a nice S&W 686 4.2 from them. Quick to respond to emails, great service... Way to go Wanstalls!
