Some of this stuff is too good to be true. I ordered a German issue flectarn boonie hat last month these guys must've run out and jammed a dollar store made in china one, close enough lolz!

Its actually a comon term in surplus stores. In some stores nearly 50% of what is sold is actually reproductions, so it is used to indicate what it is copied of.
