Condor Supreme firing pin problem.

Just got an email from a friend of mine who has a 12ga Condor Supreme. Says that the bottom firing pin is potruding out and is scratching the shells. And is making a heck of a noise when cocked? I figured it needs maybe a new trigger spring???

Any help would be appreciated.

If it is cocking the bottom barrel at all. Does the shotgun fire both barrels?
Many different things to look for. Oversized firing pin stuck in hole, spring compressed or kinked, not cocking, broken FP.
Take it to a gunsmith.
