Confiscated 50 beowolf mags

Just received a text from an oil rigging buddy that his Beowolf mags got confiscated.....Im texting him like mad to see what the deal is... very worrysome. Will keep everyone posted

ah, don't let your bias come out to bad without any facts...

Stuff that gets "confiscated" is normally on import into Canada so we need to have some more info and when/where it happened.

How about we wait and see before we get all emotional and blame the police...likely border services but will wait and see...

I'm going to guess he was out shooting & an officer claimed they were illegal...

IMHO this is unnecessary as they can quickly confirm what the person is saying...

If they were taken because the LE thought they were prohibited items, then that's why I carry a hardcopy of the magazine capacity laws form the RCMP in my range bag.

If seized from customs trying to bring them into or out of Canada into the US, well somebody didn't do their homework....

Actually, had he been painting every cop with the same brush, he would have said "all cops are uneducated"....describing his comment as diatribe is just pure sensationalism as well.
