confused about choate stocks for my savage

Hey guys, I'm looking to pick up a choate stock for my Savage mod12. I'm kinda confused by the options and trying to figure out what will work for my action.

I have a 1" bull bbl in .223
My action screws are 4.25"
Top bolt release and accutrigger
My mag box is attached to the action making it a staggered feed?

I am looking at the short action varmint but the spacing doesn't look correct at 4.10"?

Please help! Or if you have any other suggestions in that price range let me know

The two he sells are the 4.25 and 4.4 inch I believe .

When you remove the stock from your rifle, the magazine stays attached to the receiver or the stock?

Can you post a picture or tell us the model year of the rifle?

The magazine box stays attached to the action.
I couldn't tell you the year of the manufacture.

If the magazine box is attached to the bottom of the receiver, that would make it the older stagger feed action. It's a short action as you already know
