Mr. and Mrs. Wolverine were given a nice surprise from the folks at Barrett. They were presented with a specially engraved bottle of single barrel Jack Daniels for being Barrett's biggest international dealer. the bottle was presented by Mr. Ronnie Barrett himself.
Congratulations John and Pat, you most certainly deserve it.

We will have to get Mr. Wolverine to post pictures of the engraving on the bottle as he wouldn't leave it in my care. He knows that bourbon is my drink of choice and a bottle of that finely aged liquid sunshine would not have been safe with me. :evil:

Jack Daniels of any type is Not Bourbon! It's whiskey and they stress that at the distillery a lot. It's all about the process of filtering and aging in the casks that makes the difference even though the raw grain used is much the same.
 
I have made the pilgrimage to the JD distillery and walked away with a bottle of Gold Medal, thanks to Goose.. Also, I believe it takes two weeks for one drop to pass through the filtering process. JD is the best sippin "Whiskey" made, period. Enjoy it Mr. and Mrs. Wolverine.

Jack Daniels distills Even Williams under contract so they have some experience with Bourbon...
 
Mr wolverine i am still waiting for a holster i ordered back in october can you please pm me so i can give you the details this is getting a bit out of hand. please and thank you.
