Hey everyone,
I have recently purchased a zeiss conquest 6.5-20x50 and am going to put it on a savage LRPV chambered in 22-250 what rings and bases would you recommend. I will hopefully be trying to kill paper at 500yrds aswell as wolves out to about 300yrds.

What reticle? If it's a Rapid Z then you need a 20 moa base to properly use the calibration of the reticle. Most would be one piece Weaver style with a good set of Weaver style rings (Weaver Grand Slam, Leupold PRW, Burris Z ring) to match up. Phil.

yes it is the #20 z-plex. I have always wondered what is the biggest difference between 2 piece and 1 piece base, is it strength/rigidity?
