I PM'd North Sylva and emailed George (got his email from a post on this forum) 2 days ago, and haven't had any response. This is not a complaint post, but just wondering if I followed the right procedure, or is there another way to contact you. I have a used VZ58 that needs warranty work.

Communication with them is.........difficult most of the time.

Give them a call. It's the only way I could get them to take my money.

I'm still waiting for an email from George 3 months later.....

It's a shame but it's just the way it is with them.

I found the number. I will call them tomorrow.

Called North Sylva this morning. Talked to George. George and very helpful and friendly to me and walked me through the process to get the rifle in for warranty work.
