In the Shortening PAL wait times sticky, it mentions that you can call the CFO to get your PAL number before the card actually arrives in the mail. My question is this, What number do I call to contact the CFO? I've looked online and all I found was a fax number for the CFO. Do I call the CFC at Mirimachi, or is there a different number for the CFO?
