Contant eye relief

With the zeiss scopes I can seem to find game quicker over Luepold scopes. Can someone explain why this may be the case? Can someone explain what constant eye relief is? Is this why I preferred Bushnells to luepold in close in action?

Constant eye relief simply means that the eye relief remains constant as the magnification is adjusted.Leupolds are one of the worst if not the worst for having the eye relief change.
