Controlled feed vs Push feed

Centerfire:::: Do controlled feed actions lock up as tight as push feed actions? Comparative accuracy?

Guntech asnwered the question perfectly, nope, they don't lock up any tighter, and nope, they are no more accurate than a push feed.
