controlled hunt... do we use our tags? (Ontario)

I got an envelope from MNR with a message:
<<< You have been successful in obtaining a Controlled Deer Hunt Validation Tag.Peel the bottom and affix it to the report... blablabla>>>

I understand the peeling part, but what tag to I put on the deer? My own from regulat gun season......????

First Controlled hunt... please clarify this for me.

You use your tag from the regular gun season.

Make sure that you carry the business-card sized license that came in the mail with your controlled hunt package... this will specify what kind of deer you can take also (antlerd only or both antlered or antlerless) and in what season (November or December).

Also, make sure you fill out that mandatory report. Some people in my area who didn't found themself not being drawn the next year.

contact the local office, as they might have extra tags available for the controlled hunt, they did last year.
