Convert Ambi safety to single side?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to convert an ambi safety on a AR (DA-556) to be on the left side only for a right handed person? i.e. remove the lever on the right side of the grip.

If so, could someone point me towards a "how-to"?

Just buy a new stock safety. If you have a BAD A.S.S. ambi, I'll trade ya a stock AR one for it. lol

you can either remove the ambi safety and replace with a stock std safety, or if the ambi has a screw retaining the right side lever, remove it and the lever.

Like Boltgun said, just remove the right side screw and lever.
