converting 9x21 to 9x19 semi- worth it?

Is it worth convering a semi that is 9x21 to 9x19?

I have a older Caspian IPSC gun with comp that is chambered in 9x21. I am getting tired of collecting brass and buying new brass which for this gun cost more.

What would I need to convert this to 9x19 or is it even worth it? Or do I just get another open gun for IPSC. Considering there are many 38 super's for sale in the EE.

Any information or suggestions would be nice.

New barrel. That's all. Question is how to get a new barrel.

PS. Keep the old barrel and you can shoot either caliber
