Does anyone know if its possible to convert a scope from quarter MOA clicks to 1/8th per click? Could this be as easy as swapping out the turrets?

I recently ordered a Sightron, but am still unsure whether the 1/4 MOA per click is going to be precise enough for F class.

Is there anyone who has a Sightron that could tell me how easy it would be to adjust the scope and leave it in between clicks if only an 1/8th adjustment were required?

1/4 MOA/click is what 99% of the F-class shooters use so just use what you have. When adjusting for elevation/windage, you count hash marks not clicks :p

"...possible to convert a scope..." Not without completely redesigning the scope. You can't just change the turrets either. Scopes are filled with an inert gas and sealed in the factory.
