Cooey 600 Bolt Disassembly

The pin securing the cocking piece has to be driven out. Then the cocking piece can be removed. This gives easy access to the threaded collar which retains the striker spring and rod in the bolt. Make a tool to engage the notches, and turn it out. The extractors can be pried off. Find the firing pin retaining pin, and drive it out. Remove the firing pin.
The threaded collar can be removed by holding the cocking piece back and using your tool to unscrew it The cocking piece, spring, striker rod and its retaining pin/guide lug stay together.

Generally speaking, avoid disassembling the bolt unless absolutely necessary.

Might just be fouled. Try flushing the bolt with a good cleaner. If the firing pin is only protruding the normal distance, I would suspect fouling. If it is out further than that, it may be broken.
