Cooey 600 Bolt Disassembly

If you pull back the striker, you will see a slotted nut that holds the front and rear of the bolt together. You will need to make a tool to unscrew this nut. Basically a split blade screwdriver with the end bent at 90 degrees.
To remove the mainspring, drive out the pin that holds the striker knob to the striker shaft.
The extractor can be pried off. It can be damaged in the process.
Look for the firing pin retaining pin, remove that if the firing pin must be removed.
Keep in mind - these bolts were not really intended to be stripped. Semi-permanent assembly.

If you need to disassemble thebolt, you will need to make a tool. Pull the striker back, and look at the rear of the bolt body. You will see a little collar with slots. This needs to be unscrewed. You will need to make a little spanner to engage these slots. It will have to fit around the striker rod. If you want to remove the striker head from the rod, tap out the crosspin. The extractor is pried off the bolt.

Parts will be difficult to find.
Be cautious.

Generally speaking, avoid disassembling the bolt unless absolutely necessary.

tiriaq pretty much covers it. I found you could remove the firing pin by driving it forwards toward the bolt face. That in turn forces the retaining pin out.
