Cooey Barrel Removal

Remove the front screw that goes into the action. Remove the bolt. Make a bushing that fits over the barrel and stops against the action. Make a mandrel that fits inside the action loosely and flat against the barrel... tap the barrel out of the receiver using this assembly.

cooey 60 & 600 usually have a cross pin that lock barrel and action ( Hard to see ) So you must first remore this pin and tap the barrel out like they said in the previous post. This pin doesn't go through, so you mut drill it, ( Not an eay task ) I have done a few and drilling on round stuff need an end mill to make a flat
before drilling.
On the 39 & 75 there mis no such pin.
