I've got a cooey 39 bolt that has some sort of stamp mark on the flat part just as the bolt handle comes out of the bolt body.I can't make it out but it's a stamp mark for sure.I was told one time that every 100 bolts old man Cooey would stamp a bolt with his inspection stamp,don't know if there's any truth behind that though ?.Could it be the broad arrow stamp for the 82 ?.Sorry but my camera wont take such a small pic !
