Cooey bolt...

The cocking piece is removed by driving out its retaining pin. The guide lug is the large end of this pin. This is not really intended to be removed.
If you pull back the cocking piece, you will see a slotted collar threaded into the front portion of the bolt. Make a dogleg spanner to unscrew this.

In the above link, you can see that the pin has been pushed out, and the cocking piece removed. The next step is to use a spanner and unscrew the collar that retains the striker rod and mainspring.

Well my slotted collar was set down about 1/8". It is 5/16 OD. I made a little tool to get in there but it wasn't strong
enough to do the job. I thought id push out the pin so I could make a better tool..... pin came out but the bolt wont come
apart..??
