Cooey single shot bolts are essentially the same. But that does not mean that they are interchangeable. They were fitted on initial assembly - the rear of the bolt handle was filed to fit the bolt to the rifle. With individual fitting, wear and tear, a used replacement bolt may or may be usable in another rifle.
 
I've been collecting a fair number of Cooeys over the years and as Tiriaq says, some will fit, but definitely not interchangeable. Even have had some instances where they do not even fit into the receiver body at all but that was rather rare. (Mostly with the earlier ace rifles if anything.)
 
Any bolt bought today is a used worn out bolt so don’t waste your money
It’s a 2 pc bolt if you hold the bolt at each end and move the bolt side ways and there is play the bolt is worn out the extractor will jump the rim and not extract most people replace the extractor but that is note the problem
