Cooey Date of Manufacture?

My great uncle's brother gave me a Cooey 64B Semiauto 22LR since he no longer wants to renew his FAC and doesn't shoot anymore. Im curious to find out the date of manufacture. I know it's stamped Winchester and made in Cobourg, Ontario. I use to know a website that I could find the info but I dont remember it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just in case...serial number is CAO45398
