cooey eatonia and ace repeaters?????

I thought the 'ace' was a single shot...saw one in good condition at the gunshop for $75 and still kicking myself for passing up on it..

I have one of the Eatonia single shot versions, my buddy has the Ace.... they are pretty much identical.... if my memory is correct, they Eatonia's were sold by Eatons, not sure about the Ace... neat old guns but as someone mentioned above they are small as I believe they were intended for 11 - 13 year olds at a time when it wasn't so frowned up for the younger kids to do a little bird / rabbit / squirrel hunting

The Timothy Eaton company in Canada sold thousands of these little guys and while collectors in the U.S. value them at around $75 for a rust free one, Canadian collectors will pay up to $150 for the same rifle without a lot of wear issues.

Early ones had simple spring steel "v" notch rear sight while later models had an additional flip up peep sight affixed to top rear of receiver.
