cooey model 39 rear sight options

I have a model 39 and find the rear sight hard to use it has a very small knoch .does any one know if there are any other rear sights I might consider.thanks

Just file the notch bigger and slide the elevator higher.

Thanks that was my buddies suggestion also. I fired up the dremmel tool and went for it.
