So it turns out that at some point i miss placed the rear sight to my cooey model 39.

can any body direct me to where i can buy a rear sight assembly for this rifle as well as point me in the direction of a scope base that is designed to be installed with a drilled and tapped reciever?

You have to find or make an adjuster plate,or maybe one of the other guys will have one for you.
It's this one right?
