Cooey model 60 and mod 660 stock compatible?

Just wondering since the cooey 600 is a newer version of the 60 will a 600 stock fit a 60?

I have one of each and no, the stocks won't interchange ........ at least not on mine.

They will fit but you need a few internal parts to make the change over.I've done a few and it's pretty easy.

Glad I searched this question first, I was about to post asking the same thing! I've got an old Model 60 but I like the stock on the 600 more...

magazine tube and stock are of different length. You could possibly fit a stock, but couldn't load the rifle through the gate.

Memory is not my friend.... Takedown stud/screw assembly is different, and the newer 600 is longer in both stock, and magazine tubes. I no longer have any of th'new fangled Cooeys here to actually compare.
