Cooey Model 60

I have a old Cooey model 60 (Tube mag, Bolt action) it has a old 22 scope and i would like to up date it. I has a side mount bracket for the Scope to be attached and it attaches to the rifle with 2 screws.
Modern scopes diameters are to thick for my bracket. I'm unable to find a set of rings that will fit.
