Now i have a had a ton of Cooey model 84/840 12 gauges over the years, but never got one before today with a 36 inch barrel, how rare of configuration is this? and does any one else have one of these? Thanks Glenn
Tinbird what does that have to do with a 12ga 36" bbl Cooey ? Just asking . I still have the 36" version they are common in saskstchewan back in the day we had to buy them because the geese seemed to fly higher when they flew over Saskatchewan on there way to Texas
They are not uncommon but obviously there were not as many around as the standard 30" that most favoured. I have seen a few. In fact I had a friend who was convinced it was the ultimate grouse gun? But hey it was northern ontario and grouse hunting to northerners is driving logging roads or walking old grown over roads and trails.
