Cooey or Winchester

A buddy is offering to sell me a Winchester or a Cooey single shot break action .410. Right now I have no other details other than both are pretty old and in good shape.

I have no idea which is a better firearm. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cooey was taken over by Winchester years ago. Either way probably the same thing.

I have owned several Winchester and Cooey singleshot, they looks the same but infact there are little different. I do go for the Cooey as you got a nice piece of canada history. I still have a Cooey model 84.

I own a Cooey shotgun that has Winchester stamped on it.......
