HI all, I ran into a buddy that has inherited a cooey 64b in the box with a scope - never fired...just pristine. I took some quick pics with my crackberry to show some enthusiasts, but he asked me what it was worth. I told him I have no idea since I'm not a collector and only keep current with milsurp prices. Anyone have a ball park idea what a collector would pay for a never fired in the box complete Cooey 64b?

Any firearm, unfired, in the box with the paperwork has a higher value than a beatup truck gun with a drywall screw for a sight elevator. It only makes sense.

How much? How long is a piece of string? You'd have to find a Cooey collector to tell you that one.

Rarity and date of manufacture of all guns are also important. Serialed Cooeys were post '68. The earliest used the plastic mag. i have one that is the plastic mag., rabbit model, and beat as it is, it functions like new ,
