It looks like it is a Cooey Model 35 pump action repeater of the late type. New model pistol grip with walnut stock, 1936-1937 with 13 groove wooden slide.

The action is simply marked 'cooey repeater .22 caliber'

the early type 1935-36 had the pistol grip.

In the 1935 catalog of john roby, proprietor of a montreal gunshop there was a listing:
.22 cal rifles, cooey bolt action repeater using .22 short, long or lr, silver bead front sight. standard elevating sporting
rear sight, positive safety, double extractors, take down, 24 inch barrel length overall 41", weight 5lbs.
cooey model 35, price $12.95, but this appeared before cooey began assigning model numbers.
by late '39 cooey had designated their standard bolt action repeater as the model 60.
the '38 catalog of allcock , laight and westwood of Toronto illustrated a pump action rifle with the
designation 'model 35' and this marking has been confirmed.

from the cooey firearms book by john Belton.

Thanks for all the info and taking the time to reply.

We couldn't find anything on google about the a pump action Cooey Repeater and a search of the EE show nothing as well.
I'm not sure if it's a rare version or not many for sale recently but thanks I will pass on the info to him.
