Cooey scope mount

I know that a cooey model 60 is meant for a side mount. I also know that there is a weaver mount that will fit the contours of the cooey reciever. If you drill and tap you can mount the scope on the top. I've seen it done, I have one done like that actually but I dont want to tear it all apart if I dont have too. Anyone know what base it is? Thanks
