Cooey Scope

Hello,

I have an old Cooey model 60 .22 rifle and would like to install a scope on it, but don’t like the look of the side mounts available for this rifle.
Does anyone recommend a good scope and top mount (base) that will fit this gun properly without interfering with the bolt action?

I thought of putting one on my model 75, the unitized bases from BKL technologies might work you need the dovetail base from Brownells on there first or maybe have a machinist/gunsmith cut some appropriate dovetails on the receiver.

If the receiver is cylindrical on the cooey, you can buy universal 3/8 weaver dovetail that is for various radius's. You'd just need to cut it to length and drill and tap the receiver.
