cooey/winchester/savage model 64b aftermarket parts?

With a continuous production of over 80 years, without much change, the Model 64s do not require any after market parts to help the sales or help them operate.. I have had several model 64s that were from first production plastic mag issue to the Sears 8C model. All worked great with very little maintenance. Why would they have to add parts to an already great product?

The Canadian Sears model 6 was indeed a Cooey 64 but later they produced a 64 named the Sears 8C, I had one.. Stateside there was also a Sears model 6C that was produced in Canada and was a Winchester 490 I have one of these also..

...no store purchases available.

There are lots of "modded" 64's out there but, as winnipegtoymaker pointed out, with a history that strong, what could you add?

Check out Navshooter (fellow CGN'er...) posts. He's done some SERIOUS alterations to 64's...if it's yout thing, very cool.
