We had snow ....I even had to shovel the sidewalk once
so far this year..lol .
I forsee a future of banana orchards and peanut farms
for around here .

Way nicer than mine. But then again I only payed $75 for it and at least it was complete and not a bubba job. Enjoy!

I've got a bunch of rimfire trainers but not one of the Cooeys. Every time I see a deal, I pick it up and think about buying one. I try the trigger, shudder, and put it back down.

Yeah, Cooey triggers can be a bit of an ordeal. MarioP - Just a thought - will a Model 75 barreled action fit the stock set? I'll do some measuring. Lots of 75s or Seniors out there.

Cooey 82's

I have had quite a few 82's over the years but rarely shoot them. I have collected trainers for years, and had 25 or 28, 22's at one time. I still have about ten training rifles from all over the world, Martini, War Office Training rifle, Enfield Dutch, No7, No2, Mausers, Springfield, and Cooey 82 with Tiger stripe stock. I still have some spare barrels, and various parts for the FN sub-cal kits.
I do have a few Peep sight assemblies for the C No 7's, and Cooey 75's & 82's.
Thanks
Al

Couldn't be as bad as the trigger on my Remington Model 6 .22lr.
It's like wrestling a tiger.:(
No creep......just 50lbs of pull!!
If that weird looking full stock standard on the Cooeys?

Mine was like this also. And 50lbs of trigger pull is no BS. It was that or more:D What you need to do is simple: get out the trusty Dremel and grind a little (and I mean JUST a little) off of the "lip" on the striker that the sear holds. Took me about 40 seconds and I had a nice light trigger pull.

Thx
The stock is like new ...a real nice walnut jem
Shoots straight using Win. Dynapoints . It was pretty muddy and the best place to shoot was into an old tree and leaning on a fencepost .
It's void of any stamps other than these

I was hoping that a Canadian Enfield sling would fit , but no...
Is there a "proper" sling for a M82?
